As Pride month approaches, we’re thrilled to share a project we worked on with our client, Corgan, a company deeply committed to diversity and inclusion. Studies consistently show that companies embracing pride celebrations witness a remarkable 20% increase in employee morale. At Corgan, their dedication to inclusivity and support for the LGBTQ+ community isn’t just a motto; it’s ingrained in their culture.
Our collaboration on their annual pride shirt has been inspiring , showcasing the impact of celebrating pride with a purpose. The initiative is spearheaded by Corgan’s Belong Diversity Council, who carefully select a design that authentically reflects their values and beliefs. Last year’s design featured a powerful message: “Pull up a chair, there’s room for you,” embodying Corgan’s commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and welcomed.
While Corgan had been offering pride shirts to employees for a few years, last year they transitioned to using our Pop-Up Shop to streamline the ordering process and allow employees to purchase with personal payments. Using this platform also allowed Corgan to match every purchase with a donation to the National Inclusion Project. That’s right – every employee purchase made through Corgan’s Pop-Up Shop contributed to supporting the National Inclusion Project’s efforts to ensure that children with disabilities can fully participate in recreational programs alongside their peers.
The success of this project is evident in the positive impact it has on Corgan’s employees and the broader community. Corgan employees proudly wear their shirts not only during Pride month but throughout the entire year, proving that their commitment to inclusivity and support is more than just a branded shirt – it’s a choice they wear with PRIDE!
