Virtual Awards Event Gifts

Benchmark Mortgage had to cancel their annual sales incentive trip to Mexico due to the 2020 pandemic. In an effort to still recognize winners and also engage with employees, they decided to host a company-wide virtual awards show. Even though it would be virtual, they still wanted to create tangible branded solutions to be sent prior to the event.

Re-adjusting to a new environment.

Our team worked with the client to develop custom tiered kits for general employees, the corporate office team and the winners. All employees received a hat, party popper and event ticket. Corporate employees also received a paperweight award, while gold and silver winners received an additional cup and ice mold, and platinum winners received their choice of an additional wine, whiskey, or pitcher set.

INM sourced products for the general kits that were fun and engaging, provided items for the winners to show appreciation, and handled all fulfillment and drop shipments directly to Benchmark employee's homes.

My sincerest thank you for helping us make our award show campaign go off with ZERO hitch! Everyone loved the boxes and they absolutely helped us hammer home the culture that we have been trying to inject into our team with everyone being remote!

The curtain call and grand finale.

Benchmark notified employees about the box arrival by email and all boxes were delivered prior to the virtual event. General employees and winners alike loved the surprise and delight elements of the kit. The kits also provided a sense of community and connection and succeeded in generating excitement about the virtual event.
