INM is excited to shift our focus this year in a way that reaches far beyond our tangible office walls. It’s a vision for giving back to others.

When sourcing merchandise for client campaigns, we vow to intentionally include factories that give back for good. Our suppliers are doing their part to offer more options in this area, whether planting trees, giving back to wounded veterans, providing clean water, or funding education projects worldwide.

Sustainability

The all-encompassing strategy that fulfills the needs of the current generation without compromising the needs of future generations. Examples include factories that donate a portion of proceeds to planting trees.

Upcycling

Taking one thing and changing it into something else—usually something functional. For example, plastic water bottles can be cleaned and upcycled into fabric merchandise instead of ending up in our oceans or landfills.

DEI: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Often combined, but each encompassing an independent focus: embracing all the things that make us amazingly unique from each other.

Diversity acknowledges how everyone is different: race, gender, age, disability, religion, etc.

Equity is how resources are distributed according to needs. It seeks to find balance to offer more opportunities to those who have historically had less.

Inclusion is the act of supporting diversity—valuing everyone regardless of their differences.

Giving Back

One of the biggest trends in giving back is a bulk donation at the end of the year to a cause that is meaningful to you and/or your team. For smaller non-profits, you can also utilize your client base and market reach to educate others on the cause.

A cause that INM has committed to is Humanility, a non-profit that works to emancipate and empower victims of poverty and children at risk in the Philippines. They do this through compassionate care and sustainable economic and educational development. At the end of the year, we will give a predetermined amount of annual proceeds to help them accomplish their goals for the target community.

We believe in their mission and are dedicated to help them to make a difference in the lives of thousands of children.

Corporate Social Responsibility is all about combining business with philanthropy. Lucky you—in this world we live in today, it’s easier than ever to start empowering a better future for the next gen.
