Warehouse Associate

The Position: The Warehouse Associate will handle various tasks as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Expectations
- Fill orders daily: printing, pulling, checking quality, packing, labeling, and shipping.
- Receiving of goods: counting, quality checks, updating inventory counts in software.
- Manage and label inventory.
- Move inventory manually or with a pallet jack.
- Regular inventory counts and internal audits.
- Maintain a tidy warehouse: recycling, sweeping, and general organization.
- Collaborate with team members both in-person and online.
- Use shipping software (Shipstation, UPS, and FedEx)
- Assemble and disassemble shelving as required.
- Assist on fulfillment projects: kitting, packing, shipping.
- Work cohesively as a team to complete projects.
Skills Needed
- Self-starter / go-getter: able to follow guidelines but also think critically and show initiative.
- Active learner. You take constructive criticism well and constantly want to learn.
- You have reliable transportation and you yourself are an incredibly reliable person.
- You’ll thrive in a small office.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable standing and moving in a warehouse setting.
- Able to safely lift up to 50lbs and operate a pallet jack.
- Proficient with software like Excel, Monday.com, Slack, World Ship (UPS), Ship Manager (FedEx), and Shipstation.
- Strong team player mindset.
