Business Development Representative

Location: Hybrid Work Environment. Office located in Addison, Texas.

Compensation: Base Salary Range ($50,000 – $65,000) + Uncapped Commissions

The Position: The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new leads, on-boarding new clients, managing existing client relationships and working as a team with Account Managers to strategically grow existing business.

Job Expectations
  • Meet or exceed sales KPIs including, but not limited to, sales goals, prospecting campaigns, prospect touch points, and cold calls.
  • Have the ability to qualify and prospect leads through research, warm leads, and cold calling
  • Develop and maintain a steady pipeline of prospects
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure needs are met and new sales opportunities are identified
  • Understand overall company vision and be able to emulate and clearly communicate in conversations with prospects and clients
  • Educate themselves on industry trends and relevant client information
