Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing a dedicated portfolio of current clients, involving project management, product procurement from established suppliers, creating estimates and presentations, and utilizing follow-up tasks within our project management platform.  By using these tools, and maintaining seamless communication throughout, the Account Manager serves as the primary liaison for addressing client needs.

Hybrid Work Environment. Office located in Addison, Texas.

Compensation: Base salary range between $60,000 – $80,000 + Annual bonus opportunity

• Ability to manage multiple clients and multiple projects at one time, while staying on top of all scheduled follow-ups
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure needs are met and help to discover additional revenue opportunities
• Understand overall company vision and be able to emulate and clearly communicate in conversations with prospects and clients
• Efficient communication, both within the organization and with external parties
• Educate themselves on industry trends and relevant client information
• Help company meet annual sales goal

• Multiple years experience within the promotional products industry
• Strategic and big picture thinking with an ability to attack problems creatively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team player mentality with a growth-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
• Self-motivated
• Positivity and a desire to help further the culture of the company
• Experience using the commonsku project management platform is a plus
