Account Management Team Lead

Location: Hybrid Work Environment. Corporate office located in Addison, Texas.

Compensation: Base salary range between $85,000 – $100K + Annual bonus opportunity

The Position: The Account Management Team Lead is primarily accountable for guiding a team of Account Managers by effectively communicating goals and expectations, fostering a collaborative work culture, aiding in the recruitment and training of new team members, and overseeing performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating reports as needed. Additionally, they will manage their own business portfolio, which includes overseeing existing client relationships, project management, procurement from established suppliers, preparing estimates and presentations, and leveraging follow-up procedures within our project management platform. This position reports to the Director of Business Development.

  • Serve as a bridge between the Director of Business Development and the Account Management Team.

  • Efficiently manage multiple clients and projects, while maintaining timely follow-ups.
  • Develop and sustain robust client relationships to fulfill needs and uncover potential revenue streams.
  • Demonstrate clear and effective communication internally and externally.
  • Keep a finger on the pulse of industry and retail trends.
  • Contribute to achieving annual sales targets.

  • Experience using the commonsku project management platform is a (big) plus.
