Location: Office located in Carrollton, Texas. Hybrid available for local candidates; fully remote for non-local candidates.

Compensation: This is a commission-first role with uncapped earning potential. Total compensation is driven by performance, with base salary support varying based on experience.

Entry-level Account Executives receive higher base salary support during their ramp period and typically earn $55,000–$75,000 in Year 1, depending on production and ramp time.

Experienced Account Executives, particularly those with an existing book of business, have a significantly higher upside. Six-figure annual earnings ($100,000+) are common for experienced, high-performing sellers as accounts scale and commission rates increase.

Our compensation model is designed to support early success, reward ownership, and grow alongside your book of business without caps on earning potential.

Who You Are: As an Account Executive at INM, you own your business. This role blends traditional business development responsibilities with ongoing client and project management, so you’re responsible for generating new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing projects from start to finish. You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats: selling, strategizing, problem-solving, and executing, while keeping clients confident and informed every step of the way.

You take pride in ownership. As your accounts grow and reach defined sales milestones, you’ll have the opportunity to bring on an Account Manager to support execution, allowing you to focus more heavily on growth, strategy, and new business development.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate new business through prospecting, research, warm leads, and cold outreach

  • Build and maintain a healthy, consistent sales pipeline

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through their projects

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your clients

  • Manage multiple projects while staying on top of timelines and follow-ups

  • Create presentations, sales orders, and product solutions tailored to client goals

  • Coordinate product procurement with established supplier partners

  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through strategic thinking and strong relationship

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams

  • Stay informed on industry trends and relevant client insights

  • Help INM achieve annual sales goals through consistent performance and collaboration
